Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month from 10:00 am through 2:00 pm.  Meetings are currently held in Room A at the Kansas City Public Library, Waldo Community Branch.  Changes to day, time, and location are posted on the website and noted in the newsletter.

Officers serve from January 1 - December 31st. Elections are held each October. Nominations for new officers are collected beginning in August each year.
